“It moves me…”

PERIODE VII | 2019-2018

Movement in the external world is always a reflection of what happens within us.

Every game, every fight, every dance begins deep inside – with will, determination, and passion. When we stand on the field and face our opponent, it’s not just our body that moves, but our entire inner being that manifests in each action. The drive to win, the resolve to keep going, pushes us forward. It’s our thoughts that plan the next move, our emotions that carry us through challenges.

Every victory starts with a desire. What may appear from the outside as mere physical strength or skill is, in truth, the triumph of our inner strength.

We don't just dance with our body, but with our soul. We don’t just fight with our fists, but with our will. Every success in the external world reflects the power within, and it is this connection between inner drive and outward movement that allows us to grow, become stronger, and surpass ourselves.

It moves me not because I can, but because I desire to become more.

It moves me…

How do we find the strength to keep going when our drive fades and stillness looms? Often, we need a spark, a reminder of why we started in the first place. It can be a picture in our mind—a vision of ourselves achieving the goal. That image motivates us, keeping us moving, even when the steps are small and progress seems slow. Movement isn’t always visible, but the will to keep going is what drives us. What truly keeps us in motion is the inner urge to never stop, to keep pushing forward until the vision that inspires us becomes reality.

When progress feels slow, remember the image that first moved you to begin.
