Since 2017, mindfulness has been an important pillar of my work, which I aim to transmit through my developed technique called the "Matrix Method."

The "Circle of Being" workshop is a mindful art exercise designed to make the team more attentive to the details that constantly surround them in their daily lives.

It was a great pleasure to have the Malzteam from the Malzfabrik, experience my workshop. 

Taking time away from the everyday business has become an essential part of the team's work culture. The Malz team, along with Malzfabrik Event GmbH, took this opportunity on March 31st to dive into the world of my "Circle of Being."

The workshop was facilitated by Sabina Passauer, who has been working as an art historian, yoga, and meditation teacher in various countries. She develops projects and workshops focused on mindfulness and meditation in everyday life.

Sabina took us on a journey through various cycles, prompting us to pause and reflect with her short meditations in between. 

Following that, the Malzteam learned a full-body relaxation method with me, allowing their senses to awaken and their bodies to speak.

This mindful art exercises in a group setting have the potential to improve awareness, focus, communication, emotional well-being, and team dynamics. By promoting a mindful and present mindset, these exercises can positively impact the group's overall functioning and effectiveness.
