Have a little patience

Waiting is a challenge. Patience is not a great strength of mine.

I have a feeling that the more modern and progressive the world becomes, the more impatient we become. Those who are impatient are not giving things the time they need.

When you are impatient, your thoughts circle around the future. Impatience won't get you there any faster. Whether patiently or not: time goes by quickly. You can only decide how you want to spend and perceive this time of waiting. If you’re not enjoying the process, what makes you think you’ll enjoy the destination?

There are times when you have no choice but to wait idly.  Impatience is not always impatience. It doesn't have to mean weakness. It also means that you want to move forward.

The opponent

Imagine: it's like a game. You have an opponent inside you and they keep pushing you and driving you in different directions. When you know what the force is, you can go with it or you can push it away.

It is a chance to understand the movement and develop your own attitude towards it. In any athletic contest, the goal is to win. At the end of the inner struggle, you gain your balance. You radiate your inner peace and serenity to the outside. Your presence becomes more pleasant and your relationships more harmonious.

There will always be situations where things don't go the way you wanted them to. You do your best and the right thing happens when the time is right.

If you are patient then you will live in the present. You are consciously aware of what is happening around you. You see the little things in life that make life beautiful and unique. You are also aware of what you are doing. You are focused and therefore make fewer mistakes. This will make your score better in a faster time. It makes you happy.   Your life gets lightness and a natural movement.
