When it comes to art, I use a special "matrix" method in my paintings.

How does it work?

I use my body's outline as the starting point for all my artwork. This way, my body isn't just the subject of the art but an integral part of the creation process. It's a daily practice that helps me stay centered and connected to the present.

This art practice is also my way to unwind and find peace. It's helped me connect with my inner self, bringing me a lot of joy and a sense of freedom. Through painting, I've discovered more about myself and found inspiration and excitement in everyday life.

I've learned to appreciate and care for my body, understanding its signals and responses. This gratitude for my body and staying present in the moment has opened up a new world of awareness and possibilities for me. Whether it's reacting to emotions or exploring the world through touch, sight, or sound, I've realized my body is a source of strength and wisdom, guiding me through life's journey.
